The Founder
I am the founder of The Blacksmith Shop, my father being an engineer influenced my life helping me to follow my passion.
I first saw Blacksmithing in 1977 at an Ideal Home Show; now this business has been established for over 35 years and will continue satisfying customers.
Arthur Badder
Managing Director
I’ve worked here since I left school, starting in the workshop gave me a great understanding of what’s possible.
What excites me is that every job is different and we are always exploring the
unknown in a bid to over come challenges.
Eddy Badder
Head of Sales
Having grown up in a metal working environment I’m adept in assessing and understanding the unique needs of each client and ensuring requirements of all customers are met exactly.
My Grandfather being a draftsman and engineer has helped me in technical drawing and CAD. I love taking a concept idea, a few lines on paper right through to the finished product.
William Badder
Head of Operations
Working in large cooperation’s before The Blacksmith Shop has given me the knowledge and understanding to handle large scale projects from start to finish.
I’m a diligent and detail focused operations manager who excels in liaising with customers and serving as a front facing ambassador and point of contact.
Murray Payne
Forge
With years of experience forging and making all kinds of metal work including knives, Murray is a great addition to the team.

Work Shop
Pete is a great fabricator with a lot of experience in manufacturing, having worked in other large companies before The Blacksmith Shop.
